If you have any questions that aren't listed here please do not hesitate to contact us on
How long will my dog be there?
A full groom usually takes around 2 hours, this may be longer for large breeds, handstrips or full scissored dogs.
What if my dog doesn't like other dogs?
Don't worry, whilst in our care dogs are not allowed to mix, however if you are very concerned we do have appointments at the beginning or the end of the day when the salon is empty
I want to stay with my dog, is that possible?
Yes, if you would like to stay you're more than welcome, however please make us aware that you would like to stay when making your appointment
How much does it cost?
All our prices are dependent on breed, size and what you would like, please call for an individual quote
What if I don't want a full groom?
We also offer services such as bath only and walk in nail trims and face trims. check out our services page for more information
When should my my dog have his first groom?
As soon as your dog has had his or her last injections we like them to come to the salon as soon as possible for a free "meet and greet" session. We recommend leaving your dog here for around half an hour where the staff can play, cuddle and get to know your puppy. This helps your dog get to know us and adjust to the environment of the salon. We also recommend this for nervous or elderly dogs.
